Ever dreamed of making your own natural, handcrafted soap? Now’s your chance!
In this hands-on class, you'll learn the cold process method of soapmaking—the most straightforward and least labor-intensive technique, using only the heat generated by saponification. While it may seem daunting at first, creating soap from scratch is fun, rewarding, and even a little addictive!
What You’ll Learn:
Step-by-step guidance on cold process soapmaking How to choose and blend fragrances & colors Hands-on experience—make your own batch (about 4 bars!)
You'll personalize your soap with a colorant and fragrance of your choice. All materials and supplies are included, and no prior experience is necessary.
After the class: Your soap will need 24 hours to harden before pickup or the option to ship for an additional $10 and 4-6 weeks to cure before use.
Age Requirement: 18+ (due to the use of lye) Safety First: Safety goggles and gloves will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
